The apartment was in a great location, not too far a walk from everything! And perfectly situated near the water bus stop for getting to and from the airport. The room was clean and very modern, we have no complaints.

The only downfall for people may be the noise from the restaurant/bar below, but it didn't bother us at all!

Very Good

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, good location, everything was clean.

Air conditioning was very weak as it was 39 degrees outside and it was not able to cool the room. It felt like we were in an oven.

The perfect place to stay while in Venice!

The location was perfect and the beds were amazing. We really enjoyed our time here and we recommend booking your stay in Venice here. The fridge was perfectly cold and the shower worked perfectly as well. The host was very nice and we were able to check in earlier. While booking it said that there’s no wifi, but there’s actually good working wifi available!! Thank you for having us!

The only thing is that the windows are very thin so you hear everything at night as well. But that’s normal and we didn’t really mind :)

highly recommend and would come again! best place in Venice!

the room and toilet was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. there was a small pantry with a fridge in the room and a coffee machine, mugs and cutleries provided with few coffee packets. property was central in Venice. Wifi was provided. Location was very safe and secure, very beautiful. Host and manager were very welcoming, kind and helped provide information getting around Venice, manager even picked us up when we got lost trying to get to the property. Everything was beyond spectacular. Would highly recommend it and would definitely come again!

Excellent location and brilliant room.

Location was really good, next to a piazza with lots of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, cannot recommend highly enough.

Superb

If I were to come back to Venice, I would stay here again. Very helpful hostess. Great place to stay. Good water transport connection with the train station. Anyway, it would be difficult to find this place when we first arrived, but the hostess herself met us at the pier. Just great. The room is spacious, well equipped. Rest in peace. Everything around is accessible on foot or by water transport. I recommend this place and buy a day ticket for water transport - vaporetto.

The only downside is that there is no internet and the room does not have good lighting.

City is lovely but trying to find anywhere is a nightmare

No Breakfast offered within the Hotel. Not a problem though as pleany of cafes and restaurants around

Trying to find the hotel is a nightmare. Google Maps do not really work and there is no big sign to say the hotel is there, just a small inscription on the door. When we rang the Hotel the lady asked us to take picture and then met us and brought us to the hotel.

loved our stay

loved the location. around the corner there were great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. The host was amazing. And checked in on us repeatedly to make sure I know how to get where we were going in to make recommendations. it was a nice comfortable room, shower and kitchenette

could of used a few more pillows.

Clean, comfy, great value and great location.

Great location, very clean, comfy bed and good amenities (microwave, fridge were very handy). Kind and helpful host with great local knowledge and tips. Would recommend to all!

(There are some mosquitos in Venice so I’d just recommend to travellers to keep the windows shut otherwise you may get a few bites, just like anywhere)
